Sovereign Care for the Final Frontier
The Autonomous Medical AI for Space
For the next era of human exploration
The current cloud-tethered paradigm is a strategic liability
Traditional medical informatics rely on a “Cloud Trap”: vulnerable, synchronous, and tethered to Earth. In deep space or high-security combat zones, a 20-minute latency isn’t just a delay; it’s a mission failure.

Ditch the Tether. Own the Intelligence.
The Sovereign Bio-Secure Stack

1. The Rust-Based Security Substrate
Rust is chosen for its guarantee of memory safety without a garbage collector, a critical feature for real-time systems running on constrained hardware. For AI inference, the stack utilizes candle or mistral.rs, Rust-native inference frameworks that allow running quantized LLMs directly on edge devices.

2. The Agentic FHIR Data Fabric
Built on a native FHIR R5 implementation which ensures that all data within the system adheres to international interoperability standards. Agent interaction is managed through an implementation of an MCP-FHIR Server, allowing local LLM agents to perform semantic queries and updates securely

3. The Disruption-Tolerant Sync
INIS-informatics uses a Conflict-Free Replicated Data Type (CRDT) store to manage the FHIR state. This ensures that the system is truly disruption-tolerant, capable of maintaining data integrity even across interplanetary distances.

4. Ambient Clinical Intelligence (ACI)
linical reasoning is provided by a fine-tuned Small Language Model (SLM) optimized for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Space Medicine protocols. The Human-Agent Interface is voice-first, with the agent proactively alerting the crew to anomalies.
Engineering the Future of Autonomous Medicine.
Vetted at the Edge of Innovation
INIS-informatics is a product of the elite innovation ecosystems at MTU (CyberInnovate) and Georgia Tech (CREATE-X). We bridge European security precision with American deep-tech acceleration to deliver the first truly sovereign medical AI stack.
We aren’t just building for the future; we are building to the specifications of the world’s leading research institutions.
